Hosted by UN Global Compact Local Network Brazil, this session will focus on the challenges of innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age from an intersectional perspective in the biggest country of Latina America.

About the 67th Commission of the Status of Women (CSW)

The 67th Commission of the Status of Women (CSW) is the largest convening of companies, governments, and civil society, and the call-to-action is the same for everyone: how are we moving the needle on gender equality and what actions can you take to close the global digital divide?

The UN Global Compact will convene business leaders from across the globe together with leaders from government, civil society, academia and the United Nations to discuss how the private sector can accelerate gender equality and unlock leadership, technological change and innovation to tackle the world’s greatest challenges. Through a series of side events, UN Global Compact Participants will offer best practice interventions, representing all regions of the world, proving that there is a way to drive tangible results in not just the workplace, but also in the marketplace and community.

Sobre a 67ª Comissão da Condição Feminina (CSW)

A 67ª Comissão da Condição Feminina (CSW) é a maior convocação de empresas, governos e sociedade civil. O apelo à ação é o mesmo para todos: como estamos avançando na igualdade de gênero e quais ações podemos colocar em prática para acabar com a divisão digital global? 

O Pacto Global da ONU reunirá líderes empresariais de todo o mundo com líderes governamentais, da sociedade civil, acadêmicos e das Nações Unidas para discutir como o setor privado pode acelerar a igualdade de gênero nos âmbitos da liderança, da mudança tecnológica e da inovação para enfrentar os maiores desafios mundiais. Por meio de uma série de eventos paralelos, os participantes do Pacto Global da ONU oferecerão exemplos das melhores práticas, representando todas as regiões do mundo e provando que existe uma maneira de gerar resultados tangíveis, não apenas no local de trabalho, mas também no mercado e na comunidade.
